This is my absolute favorite strawberry frosting. It's like a strawberry cheesecake milkshake on top of a cake kind of good! Mmmm... berry blissdom!
1 heaping cup fresh or frozen whole strawberries (thawed)
2 8oz packages cream cheese (softened)
2 cups confectioner's sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1. Puree strawberries in blender or food processor.
2. Mix strawberry puree and all other ingredients with mixer for 3 minutes.
3. Refrigerate.
Tip: This frosting can be runny so make sure you blend well, cool it down, and only frost when cakes are completely cool.

I absolutely love the frosting too! So delicious, and what a great desert surprise for my family. I was guessing the frosting had real strawberries in it. Thanks again for hand delivering the perfect quantity.
