I was walking through Walmart today and saw a really cute Valentine's floral arrangement on the cover of All You Magazine.
Here is my version:
I used:
2 vases ($3 and $5) similar in height and shape
5 of the smaller bags of conversation hearts
1 bouquet (I started with tulips but they wouldn't form correctly in this type of vase)
